Bridging the hospitality gap in your business.
We build lasting venue & estate partnerships across
Oxfordshire and beyond.
We bring the operational infrastructure, hospitality expertise and commercial discipline; you bring the space and the vision.
Every partnership looks a little different, because every venue does. From a working farm estate to a private country house, this is where Our Kitchens step in and what that looks like, day to day.
How it Works.
We are not a supplier you manage. We are the team running your kitchen as if it were our own, with the standards, discipline and consistency that come from twenty-five years doing exactly this.
That means staffing and recruitment, procurement and supplier relationships, menu development, service standards, compliance and health and safety the full operational load of running a professional kitchen, carried by us rather than added to your team's list.
It means a kitchen that performs the same way in its hundredth week as its first, because the systems behind it don't depend on any one person being in the building. And it means a single point of accountability: one team, one standard, one relationship to manage rather than a rotating cast of external caterers each with their own way of doing things.

At the Heart of Our Kitchens
The company behind Our Kitchens is The Kitchen & Co Collective which was founded in 2000 by Anthony and Jo Robinson.
Anthony trained at the Savoy and the Dorchester before working in Michelin-starred kitchens in France, the kind of grounding that shapes how a kitchen is run long after the training ends. Jo brings the commercial and marketing side; as a food and business marketing graduate, she has an instinct for what makes a hospitality business actually work, not just look right on paper.
Together they have spent twenty-five years building, running and growing hospitality businesses across the UK. This is why venue partners get more than just a catering team. Venue partners get two people who have sat on the other side of this decision themselves and every partnership still gets the same care they put into the very first one.
Thinking about what this could look like at your venue?
If you operate a venue, an estate or a hospitality business and you are looking for a catering or operational partner who will treat your space and your guests with the same care you do, we would be delighted to talk.
